(I initially started this project before the launch of the new Careers site.) Follow my design process from research to design as I meticulously redesigned the entire careers site using Google's Material Design language. I even crafted a high fidelity prototype of a sample job posting using Google's Material Design Lite library (with some tweaking and "hacking").
